my roommate and i are changing our habits for a month. i told her i'd change my diet. so on a little yellow slip of paper it reads:
Diet:
No fast food.
No dessert.
Healthy food only.
*1 salad a day
- no creamy dressing.

but of course she tells me i can only eat plain oatmeal and i think she really doesn't want me to make it. i told her i want to lose at least 8lbs and she says that's not healthy. i don't know what to think. i think she wants me to fail.. which will motivate me. i just don't know if i can stop the b/p.
