2004-11-08 - 12:29 p.m. Slowly the numbers knock back down. A comfort, but I still feel fatter then before when I was this weight. So lower is the way to go. I want to lose 20lbs. I worked out this weekend, as hard as I possibly could, no half assing the machines on a low level and slow pace. It felt great. 20lbs. It starts today. I have a goal, I will make it. Less b/ping, more working out. Then I'll be skinny. Then I'll be small again, smaller than I've ever been before. Only then will things be ok. I can feel it. It's a rush. Knowing I will make it. Finally.
